CBE at the Beach

Whether you’re a mikveh pro or have never immersed before, whether you want to dunk completely, dip your feet, or just enjoy the view, join CBE clergy and fellow congregants for what promises to be a memorable community-wide experience of refreshment and re-creation.
All ages are welcome! Families and children are invited to gather an hour earlier with Rabbi Molly for some picnicking and playing in the surf and sand before the dunking begins.
Where? At beautiful Jacob Riis Beach
When? Sun 9/15 | 4 p.m. Youth & Families | 5 p.m. Community Immersion
How? The beach is reachable by car and public transit via the Q35 bus (Jacob Riis Park Rd/Bath House stop).
Please note: Bathing suits—not birthday suits—will be worn by those taking the full plunge.

Our rendezvous point will be Wise Clock—use this link for directions. There is a path to Wise Clock from the parking lot between Jacob Riis Park and the playground/basketball courts. When you get to the beach, look for a big blue beach cabana.
