At this time of increasing concern about the impact of gathering together, we will seek serenity by gathering online today.
Rami Avraham Efal will lead the meditation session today at 7:30 on the Zoom app. Instructions to sign up below:
1. Register here for the session: 3/12 Meditation registration
2. You will receive a confirmation email from “Rami Avraham Efal”. Find the link that says Click Here to Join. Click there.
3. If you already have Zoom, just click on Join Meeting before 7:30 Thursday.
4. If you do not have Zoom already, you will see buttons that say Download from Google Play or Download from Zoom. Click through and download.
5. Then you also get to click on the button that says Join Meeting.
Microphone required. Works best with a camera as well. Depending on your computer set up, you might prefer a tablet or phone (albeit small screen).
