Registration Fee and Deposits
All applications must be accompanied by a non-refundable deposit of $350 per child and a $60 registration fee. CBE’s Preschool Day Camp has a two week minimum. Fees include snacks and a camp t-shirt. We prioritize registration according to the date it is received, so we encourage early submission of your child’s registration. We reserve the right to cancel a class due to insufficient registration.
Sibling Discount Across All CBE Camps
First sibling receives a 5% discount, and an additional sibling receives a 10% discount. The discount will be applied to the lowest tuition fee.
Registration opens March 5, 2018. If tuition is paid in full by April 10, 2018, half day groups (3 half day, 5 half day) receive $50 off full-season tuition, and full day groups receive $100 off full-season camp tuition.
All previous CBE financial obligations must be satisfied before acceptance into camp. All TADS agreements must be signed and submitted before children can begin attending camp.
Camper medical forms are due by June 1. No child will be admitted to camp without a current medical form issued by the NYC Department of Health.
Elementary Day Camp, Ha’Geemnasia, and Movin’ On camps have their own policies, deadlines, and fees.
