3rd–5th Grades
This summer, it’s time to choose your own adventure! Our brand-new 3rd–5th grade division features an elective-based curriculum, allowing our campers to enjoy CBE Kids Camp on a deeper and more personal level. At the beginning of each week, campers will choose electives from a selection of wonderful enrichment activities. Electives will meet daily with mornings dedicated to free play time and scheduled group activities and afternoon elective periods. Depending on their interests, our multi-week campers will be able to continue with a previous week’s activity or start something new.
We want to give our older campers the chance to really sink their teeth into the areas of camp that they care about, while still enjoying the activities and play-based learning that make our camp special. Whether they’re nurturing a passion or exploring a new interest, our elective-based curriculum will increase our campers’ confidence and independence and give them opportunities to spread their wings.
Daily Schedule:
8:30-9:00 AM Arrival and Community Meeting
9:05-10:45 AM Nature (in Prospect Park)
10:50-11:35 AM Sports (in Prospect Park)
11:40 AM-12:25 PM STEM or Creative Arts Activities
12:30-1:15 PM Lunch
1:20-2:05 PM Swim (instructional and free swim in our indoor pool)
2:10-2:55 PM Elective Period 1
3:05-3:35 PM Elective Period 2
3:40-4:00 PM Snack and Pickup
