Age Requirements

Our preschool program accepts children 2-5 years old. Our Children must be 2 by September of their entering year.

Application 

The application deadline for the 2024-25 school year has passed. Families still interested in applying for the 2024-25 school year can inquire about availability by emailing Director Jaci Israel, ecc@cbebk.org.

Applications for the 2025-26 school year will be available on Wednesday, November 6.

While we have no firm deadline, we prioritize applications according to the date they are received. Spots for the coming academic year often fill before the end of the current calendar year, so early submission is encouraged.

Priority status is given to CBE members and siblings of current students.

Registration

Prospective families will be notified of their admission status in early February.

Once your child has been accepted into a particular class, you’ll have a week to accept their position with a deposit and payment plan, or be added to the waitlist. We invite your conversation and questions while making this important choice.

The ECC strives to be accessible to families from a variety of socioeconomic backgrounds. For information on the financial aid process, please email Director Jaci Israel, ecc@cbebk.org.

Waitlist Process

If you did not receive your first choice of classes, your child can be placed on a waitlist for the upcoming school year.

As with the application process, preference on the waitlist is given to CBE members and siblings of current students. Additionally, we take into account the order in which your child’s name has been added to the list.

We will notify you on a rolling basis about the status of your application. In the past, students have been called off the waitlist as late as August of the new school year.

Re-Enrollment

Current families will be given the opportunity to re-register your child in January.
