We accept children between 2-5 years-old to our preschool program. Children must be 24 months old by September of the new school year in order to begin a full time or part time preschool program.
Application Process & School Year Registration
Our Preschool applications are available in early November, generally the Wednesday morning following Election Day. Preschool applications are completed and submitted through our website.
- We prioritize applications according to the date they are received. Spots for the coming academic year often fill before the end of the current calendar year, so early submission is encouraged.
- Priority status is given to CBE members and siblings of current students.
Prospective families are invited to take a tour of the preschool before (or after) submitting an application.
Incoming families will be notified of acceptance in early February.
Once you have been notified about your child’s acceptance to particular class, you will have a week to accept their position with a deposit, or be added to the waitlist. We invite your conversation and questions while makingthsi important choice.
Once your deposit is received, you will be asked to complete the payment plan and sign a contract for the upcoming school year.
You will be given the opportunity to re-register your child in January. You will be notified in advance about re-registration.
If you did not receive your first choice of classes, your child can be placed on a waitlist for the upcoming school year.
Like the application process, preference on the waitlist is given to CBE members and siblings of current students. Additionally, we take into account the order on which your child’s name has been added to the list.
We will notify you on a rolling basis about the status of your application. In the past, students have been called off the waitlist as late as August of the new school year.
