Continuing Our Understanding of anti-Semitism

Since returning from break, we’ve been reviewing and wrapping-up our lesson on anti-Semitism.

We focused our learning around the questions: “What is anti-Semitism?”, “How has anti-Semitism impacted Jews in the past and today?” and, “What are the consequences when a ‘single story’ is used to exclude a group of people from a society’s universe of obligation?”

We also spent time in class preparing for our upcoming family history presentations. The teacher from each 6th grade section has reached out to their individual class with a Google form to select a presentation date. A final presentation schedule will be sent out next week.
