Second Grade’s Technicolor Dream Coats!
This week our Tuesday/Wednesday Second graders finished up their colorful coats and continued learning about Joseph!
Tuesday Jewish Studies
This week we completed our colorful coats, just like the coat Jacob gave to Joseph (The tie dye was rinsed with water but if you plan on washing it, put it into the washer by itself so they dye doesn’t bleed onto other clothing). We continued learning about Joseph’s story and what happened when he arrived in Egypt. First we shared with each other some dreams we have had in our sleep. Then we learned that Joseph had a special skill of being gift interpreting dreams. Joseph became very powerful in Egypt because of his gift. We also watched a bit more of the movie “Joseph King of Dreams.”
