The Burning Bush and Making Snakes!
Last Saturday we continued learning about Passover!
Last Saturday we read the story of the burning bush. The kids enjoyed playing the burning bush and the staff that turned into a snake when we acted out the story. Our craft project was a choice between making a cane-snake using construction paper or using playdough. They all made such creative choices in their artwork!
This coming Saturday we will continue our Passover studies.
Hebrew Through Movement
This week in Hebrew through movement, the kids felt that they needed to review the previous words, so we went over the words we learned in the past few weeks and played twister again. The word are
red (adom-אדום)
yellow(tzahov-צהוב)
green (yarok-ירוק)
blue (kachol-כחול)
hand (yad-יד)
leg/foot(regel-רגל)
We learned the meaning of the word “al” (on/over).
We all had a great time!
