Terrific Twos & Adventures in Art

Our 26-week programs are designed for children aged 18–26 months and their grown up. Classes begin October 15.

Applications for our 2025-26 school year are open now. Apply today. CBE members and ECC siblings will receive application priority until September 19. After that, all applications (member and non-member) are prioritized according to the date of their application, so early submission is encouraged.

Shabbat at CBE

Shir L’Shabbat

Shir L’Shabbat is a service geared towards young families with infants and young children up to age 5. Led by Debbie Brukman, this is a weekly Shabbat party not to be missed. All parents that play instruments are most welcome to play along!

For weekly updates on programming for families with young children, sign up for our Shir L’Shabbat newsletter.

Tot Shabbat

Join families from across the CBE community once a month for a Tot Shabbat service. Together we will light the candles, sing, dance, and play all before bedtime. All are welcome, you do not need to be a member of CBE to attend!

Babies & Bagels at Prospect Heights

Join us at the ECC in Prospect Heights for a free weekly gathering of parents with new babies, beginning Friday, October 17. This is a space to connect over the shared experiences of parenthood, to learn more about the early months of development, and to come together in community and company over bagels, coffee, and fruit. Play materials and cozy surfaces will be provided for babies ages newborn to 12(ish) months. This group will be hosted by Clara Campoli, Education Director of the ECC Prospect Heights, with monthly visits from Rabbi Molly Kane. All are welcome!
