Preschool Day Camp

Registration opens February 10. Check back for more information.

For kids ages 2.6 to 5 (as of June 2024). Activities include swimming, gardening arts, water play, story movement, music, and more. Choose between 5 full days, 3 full days, 5 half days, and 3 half days. If you have any questions, please contact Esther Shalom, Director of the Preschool Day Camp, at eshalom@cbebk.org.

CBE’s Preschool Day Camp is a play-based experiential camp program that follows the ECC’s pedagogical approach. 

Sample Schedules:

4s (Children currently enrolled in the ECC 3s classes and born in 2022)

9 – 9:15 | Classroom Free Play (table top toys, rug toys, art activities) 

9:15 – 9:30 | Circle

9:30 – 9:50 | Snack

10:30 – noon | Park—or maybe play at one of our new mud tables!

noon – 12:30 | Lunch

12:30 – 1:15 | Rest

1:15 – 2:30 | Sidewalk chalk/classroom Free play

2:30 – 2:45 | Snack

2:45 – 3 | Story & Dismissal 

3s (Children currently enrolled in the ECC 2s classes and born in 2023)

9 – 9:15 | Classroom Free Play (table top toys, rug toys, art activities)

9:15 – 9:30 | Morning meeting circle

9:30 – 10 | Swim A/ Water Play (or movement)

10 – 10:30 | Swim B /Water Play

10:40 – 11 | Change and Snack

11 – 11:45 | Park—or maybe play at one of our new mud tables!

11:45 – 12:15 | Lunch

12:15 – 12:30 | Half Day Dismissal Circle

12:30 – 1:30 | Rest

1:30 – 2:30 | Sidewalk chalk/ classroom Free play

2:30 – 2:45 | Snack

2:45 – 3 | Story & Dismissal
